LGD Gaming has announced their new roster for the upcoming Manila Major and TI6 season. The rosters will be locked on March 27th and will not be unlocked until after The International 6.
The Chinese re-shuffle is in full swing. Shortly following the Shanghai Majors, news broke of the departure of Fan “rOtk” Bai, who joined ViCi Gaming.
Amidst all of the changes, the very public dispute between Liu “Sylar” Jiajun and LGD resulted in the Chinese player being released from his contract and position in the team.
Now, more changes are shaking up the Chinese scene. Zhang “xiao8” Ning will return from his short lived retirement and assume the offlane position. Xiao8 retired just after TI5 on August 26th.
One of the fiercest and most famed players from CDEC, Sun “Agressif” Zheng, has joined the mix. His appearance on the roster signals changes for CDEC as well, although no word has been released by the organization regarding his replacement or the current roster.
In addition, the roster will be completed with a player from one of the academy teams -CDEC.Avenger. Xue “September” Zhichuan, rumored to have been scouted out originally by Xio8, will take Liang “DDC” Faming’s position of support.
The organization also announced the departure of Liang “DDC” Faming and replacement of coach Tong “mikasa” Junjie with Wang “Banana” Jiao.
Our full roster is Maybe, MMY!, xiao8, Agressif and Sep! Banana (former retired pro) joins as Coach. We're very excited for our new roster!
