It seemed they had an air of fresh motivation to them.
Team Empire had the early game advantage in the first match but lost their momentum about 20 minutes into the game, as Team Spirit snowballed straight to the end without looking back. A perfect game by Roman “Ramzes” Kushnarev on Sven (7:0:9) helped Team Spirit take the first victory.
The second game was slightly led by Team Empire once again in the laning phase and early game, but quickly became Team Spirit’s by 7 minutes in. A phenomenal game by Bogdan “Iceberg” Vasilenko on Invoker was a key factor in Spirit’s 2:0 sweep.
