One of Na’Vi’s most recent additions to the team, Dmitry “Ax.Mo” Morozov, has revealed that he has been kicked from the squad.
The Ukrainian organization has not confirmed nor commented on the status of the roster.
Ax.Mo joined the team on December 8th as part of the new roster intended to take the struggling team to new heights and hopefully the Shanghai Major.
Na’Vi was invited to the Shanghai Regional Qualifiers. The team failed to make it out of the group stage, taking third position in the group with two wins, one draw and one loss in their matches.
They continued to attend the StarLadder iLeague StarSeries playoffs in Minsk, Belarus, where the team also struggled to find their way out of the group stage. They ended with a fifth place in their group and 9th place overall.
Na’Vi roster changes
Na’Vi has had a difficult year in 2015, with many significant changes. On October 16, the organization announced the dissolution of their Dota 2 team after less than adequate performances as of late. The dissolution of the team signified the end of an era between the organization and Danil “Dendi” Ishutin and Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich, an unprecedented professional relationship in the Dota 2 scene, that lasted for five years.
Four days later, it was revealed that Danil “Dendi” Ishutin and Akbar “SoNNeikO” Butaev would remain with the organization. The new Na’Vi team has been built around Dendi and Sonneiko, who recruited the other players themselves.
On December 8th the new roster was revealed to include Dmitry “Ax.Mo” Morozov and the return of Ivan “Artstyle” Antonov.
Na’Vi roster:
Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
Akbar “SoNNeikO” Butaev
