DotaPit Season 4 LAN lineup is now complete. Team Empire grabbed the last qualifying spot when T.RoX tied HellRaisers in the final match 1:1 and failed to surpass Empire for the top spot in their group. Eight teams – four qualified and four invited – will be competing for a portion of the $100,000 base prize pool for the event’s first LAN playoffs ever. The event will be held in Split, Croatia at the Spaladium Arena March 19 and 20th.

DotaPit Season 4 LAN complete the lineup with the final qualified spot being awarded to Team Empire.
The CIS team was sitting in the top spot of their group, awaiting the results of the one final match between HellRaisers and T.RoX. T.RoX, which had replaced Alliance in late January, were sitting in the second spot just below Team Empire.
A full series win would allowed for T.RoX to surpass Team Empire and take the spot instead. However, the team was able to only secure a draw for the series 1:1, leaving them in second place and giving the spot to Empire.
T.RoX has recently lost their drafter and captain, Arsenij “ArsZeeqq” Usov being replaced by Roman “rmN-“ Paley in recent games. HellRaisers welcomed Ilya “Illidan” Pivcaev as a trial stand in for the team effective February 10th.
Team Empire recently had announced their withdrawal from NoShang Invitational after a 0:2 loss to COOKISS. The team cited roster issues as the reason, having lost Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok to the North American team Digital Chaos on February 4th. They were unable to compete with players that had or will participate in the event on another team.
DotaPit Season 4 LAN Qualifiers
SEA qualifiers gave MVP.Phoenix the invite. MVP.Phoenix ranked first in the group after taking two wins and two draws to total eight points. They outranked Mineski, who came in behind them with six points and Fnatic, who placed third with five points.
DotaPit League Season 4 America slot was awarded to compLexity Gaming. The NA team was sitting in the first place position as the groupstage wound up. Digital Chaos and EnemyGG, who were tied for second place, split the final series 1:1, securing compLexity’s first place position.
The first European spot was seized by Na’Vi only two days ago when their split of the series 1:1 with 99% was enough to advance the CIS team to the top position.
