Virtus.Pro swept through Team Empire, 3:0, in the best-of-five Egaming Bets show match today, taking home another title and the $5,000 prize and leaving Team Empire with the second place prize of $2,500 and some thoughts for countering their CIS rival at TI5.

Even though the last time the two teams faced each other, in May for the DreamLeague Season 3 group stage, Virtus.Pro grabbed the series, 2:0, people were expecting Team Empire to come out on top.
However, Virtus.Pro convincingly took the victory and show match title. The team has had remarkable performances lately claiming the championship title in the DreamLeague Season 3 LAN finals and sweeping through all of their opponents in the seeding phase for ESL One Frankfurt, only to fall to Evil Geniuses in the semifinals of the main event.
Artem “fng” Barshak’s drafts have been spot on, as of late. The first game featured some interesting picks from Virtus.Pro, with a Bloodseeker and Warlock in the same lineup. The usual Visage-Drow combo came out from VP for the second game. In Game 3, Team Empire banned Warlock and Virtus.Pro paired the Bloodseeker with Lina.
