Team Archon new roster includes Ztok, Ritsu, Waytosexy

Team Archon has released their new roster and it includes some surprising and known names. Joining David “Moo” Hull and Jaron “monkeys-forever” Clinton will be the captain of Peruvian team infamous (formerly Unknown) -Jesus “Ztok” Carhuaricra, Ravindu “Ritsu” Kodippili and Peter “Waytosexy” Nguyen.

Team Archon has revealed their new roster and it includes some big known America’s names.

On March 20th, it was revealed that Brian “FLUFFNSTUFF” Lee and Bryant “Whitebeard” Lehwald had parted ways with the team. Just ten days prior, Jio “Jeyo” Madayag separated from Team Archon to return to SEA alongside ex-teammate Michael “Ninjaboogie” Ross.

The recent changes had left Team Archon with two players – David “Moo” Hull and Jaron “monkeys-forever” Clinton.

Due to the roster changes, the team did not participate in the BTS America’s 4 competition but promised to make a roster reveal and participate in the upcoming EPICENTER Moscow qualifiers.

Last night, Moo broke the news via his twitter, of the new roster including Jesus “Ztok” Carhuaricra, Ravindu “Ritsu” Kodippili and Peter “Waytosexy” Nguyen.

All three players are well known in the region and the world for their participation in various top teams and events. None of their teams have revealed any information regarding replacements for the players yet.

Ztok was most recently the captain of the Peruvian team Infamous, formerly Unknown. Unknown had impressed fans around the world when they qualified for TI5 and showed strong performances on the main stage.

Ritsu was most recently playing for Shazam~ – a “new” team formed consisting of the entire most recent Cloud 9 roster, minus captain Theeban “1437” Siva, who had joined Digital Chaos. The team dissolved after 1437’s departure and Cloud 9 dismissed Ravindu “Ritsu” Kodippili from the roster and organization.

Waytosexy has most recently played with the Power of Friendship, but had previously been a part of compLexity Gaming and mousesports.

Team Archon

Team Archon picked up FIRE on the eve of ESL One New York, October 3rd. The team’s impressive qualification for the event had been rewarded with a new sponsorship, adding to the hype of their first LAN together as a squad.

The team placed 6th at the event and continued to yield similar placement results following – 8th in Dota 2 Canada Cup, 4th in ProDota Cup, 2nd in BTS Americas.

The team qualified for the Shanghai Majors but were the first to be eliminated, taking 13-16th place.
