2nd Open Qualifier

Day 1 – January 5th:

  • SEA
  • Europe
  • Americas

    Rounds played: Round of 1024 (BO1), Round of 512 (BO1), Round of 256 (BO1), Round of 128 (BO1), Round of 64 (BO1).

    Teams that didn’t sign up on time and solo players, will be able to sign-up 30 minutes before tournament starts if there are available slots left.

    Day 2 – January 6th:

  • SEA – Start time: 13:00 SGT
  • Europe – Start time: 13:00 CEST
  • Americas – Start time: 13:00 CDT

    • Rounds played: Round of 32 (BO1), Round of 16 (BO1). Round of 8 (BO1), Semi-Finals (BO3), Finals (BO3).

    The Shanghai Major teams

    As part of the new Major system, the roster lock was reinstated and teams were required to complete their roster registration by December 8th, in order to be eligible for the direct invite or Regional Qualifier invites.

    The teams that will be directly invited to the Shanghai Major and its Regional Qualifiers are expected be revealed only one or two days prior to the Open Qualifiers. The Regional Qualifiers will occur between January 7-10th.
