20:10 CET: Lower Frankfurt Major Brackets: OG vs CDEC Gaming
OG were able to grab their Tiny-Io combo and started out the game very aggressive with first blood before the creeps even spawned and the following kill about two minuted into the game. OG draft well and time everything right, perfect itemization, executing their strategy right and exercising patience when necessary. Johan “BigDaddy” Sundstein had a fantastic game on Tiny. They convincingly took the first game from CDEC.
JESUS @BigDaddyN0tail just did 3x as much damage as any other hero #FrankfurtMajor pic.twitter.com/h5xbdlcwGK

The second game OG chose Meepo, a hero they play well and CDEC has not had as much experience against. They pressured CDEC on all lanes and were able to once again display incredible drafting and a wide variety of strategies. The European team was able to easily take the second game from the Chinese team, pushing themselves into a secured top 4 placement.
- Frankfurt Major standings: OG swept through CDEC 2:0 and will advance into the Lower Brackets of the Frankfurt Major brackets. CDEC were eliminated.
17:35 CET: Lower Frankfurt Major Brackets: EHOME vs LGD Gaming
The first game EHOME outdrafted LGD and the proceeded to outplay them, picking their Chinese peers apart all over the place. EHOME grabbed a Broodmother for Ren “ELeVeN” Yangwei. All of the players did very well on their individual heroes, culminating into a well orchestrated and skilled win.
EHOME chose a Tiny and Leshrac this game but it didn’t seem that it did very much for them. LGD took frist blood and had the lead early. While they lost it for a bit of time, they were able to regain the lead again with incredible performances by Bai “rOtk” Fan on earthshaker and the other members of LGD. Liang “DDC” Faming on Winter Wyvern made a big impact with lots of saves and extending of fights to allow LGD to take the wins. With their victory LGD tied up the series.
TIE GAME! An impressive rOtK performance on Earthshaker secures the 1-1! #FrankfurtMajor https://t.co/KzRMkamYF2 pic.twitter.com/44AMBHXdeN

The third game saw EHOME draft Ren “ELeVeN” Yangwei his infamous Tusk and watched as he snowballed his way through LGD. From the start EHOME had the advantage and the way their ran their bounty hounter was perfect. Wang “old chicken” Zhiyong had an outstanding Tiny, going 19:2:10 by the end. EHOME played at an incredibly high level this game and with their victory will continue in the lower brackets.
Now @EHOMEcn are just styling! That's a team wipe! #FrankfurtMajor https://t.co/KzRMkaEzwA

14:00 CET: Lower Frankfurt Major Brackets: OG vs Virtus.Pro
OG were able to grab Shadow Fiend for Amer “Miracle-“ al-Barqawi , a hero he does exceptional with and ended with 15:3:12. Andreas “Cr1t-“ Franck Nielsen’s Rubick stole ice blast and set up OG for success and they turned the game, taking the lead and running with it until the end. All of the graves from Tal “Fly” Aizik were great and made instrumental saves, executing Dazzle’s skills well. VP made a few mistakes and OG was able to capitalize on them. OG convincingly took the first game with a display of great coordination and skill.
If @OGDota2 win here it will be @Miracle_Dota2's 20th SF win in 6.85 – he's #1 in GPM of any player with 6+ games pic.twitter.com/HGSF05T0KQ

OG chose a Wind Runner and Tiny Lineup, but the Vengeful Spirit as Carry and a Viper pick for Virtus.Pro proved to be a fantastic draft for the CIS team. Virtus.Pro seemed to demonstrate much more well coordinated team fights and positioning. They pushed hard and Sergey Alexandrovich “G” Bragin was playing really aggressive, playing very risky and forcing openings. Virtus.Pro were able to claim the victory and force a third game.
G is such a boss on this Viper! #FrankfurtMajor #dota2

The third game OG chose Viper and Virtus.Pro went with a Jackiro pick. With a slight advantage in the laning stage and early game OG tried to maintain their hold while Miracle- was busy farming. With fantastic graves again by Fly and good initiation by OG, they were able to really pull ahead. Miracle- ended with 11k gold more than the leading hero for Virtus.Pro.
IT'S GONNA BE A TEAM WIPE! @OGDota2 are doing it! #FrankfurtMajor https://t.co/KzRMkaEzwA
