The DotaPit Season 4 talent features JoinDota casting squad including Capitalist, Blitz, Tobiwan, Durka, and Maelk. Eight teams – four qualified and four invited ones – will be competing for a portion of the $100,000 base prize-pool in the event’s first LAN playoffs ever. The DotaPit Season 4 LAN event will be held in Split, Croatia, at the Spaladium Arena, between March 19-20. DotaBlast will be providing on-location coverage.
The DotaPit Season 4 talent has been announced. The boys from the JoinDota studios will be sure to bring the hype and excitement to the matches, as the eight teams – Virtus.Pro, Team Secret, OG, EG, Na’Vi, Team Empire, compLexity Gaming and MVP.Phoenix – battle it out at the event’s first LAN playoffs in Split, Croatia, between March 19-20.
Five personalities will be rotating through matches and casting, hosting and analysis roles.

DotaPit Season 4 LAN Qualifiers
The SEA qualifiers gave MVP.Phoenix the invite. MVP.Phoenix ranked first in the group after taking two wins and two draws to total eight points. They outranked Mineski, who came in behind with six points and Fnatic, who placed third with five points.
The DotaPit League Season 4 Americas slot was awarded to compLexity Gaming. The NA team was sitting in the first place position as the groupstage wound up. Digital Chaos and EnemyGG, who were tied for second place, split the final series 1:1, securing compLexity’s first place position.
The first European spot was seized by Na’Vi. The second European spot was clinched by Team Empire when T.RoX tied HellRaisers in the final match, 1:1, and failed to surpass Empire for the top spot in their group.
DotaPit Season 4 LAN Finals Teams
A total of eight teams will be participating in the LAN event:
- 4 Direct Invites (Virtus.Pro, Team Secret, OG, EG)
- 2 European qualified teams (Na’Vi,Team Empire)
- 1 Americas qualified team (compLexity Gaming)
- 1 South East Asian qualified team (MVP.Phoenix)
DotaPit Season 4 LAN Finals
The LAN finals will be held at the Spaldaium Arena in Split, Croatia. The venue boasts a 10,000 seating capacity and was built in 2008.

(64 comments)Okay, according to Durka himself, he did 4-5 UK LANs, IeSF, D2CL, Defense, but Dota Pit will be his first “big” LAN. He was at jD for IeSF, D2CL and The Defense, not sure about the UK LANs he mentioned.
