After a string of disappointing performances and recent use of stand-ins during tournaments, the team has officially ended all speculation and rumors about their status and announced the dissolution of the team. Most fans are not surprised by the news as the team forfeited mid series last night in the Grand Finals of the ProDota Cup, securing the win for Power Rangers who had already taken the first two games.
“ComeWithMe” did indicate that he, along with any other of the team members that wish to, would fulfill any of their current tournament commitments.

Originally Burden United was formed by Alexandru “ComeWithMe” Crăciunescu, Johan “Mynuts” Andersson, Selim “Neqroman” Oynar, Alaan “SexyBamboe” Faraj, and Weh Sing “SingSing” Yuen to compete in the ESL One Frankfurt 2015 qualifiers. Titouan “Paris” Merloz replaced “SexyBamboe” in March when he departed form the team. Although the team did not qualify for the event they continued to compete together.
BU’s presence in the European tournaments had been strong, competing in several recent tournaments including the Yard Festival, FirstGameTV Dota 2 Cup, Game Show Invitational and attended DreamLeague Season 3 LAN finals. The team won Hitbox EU Championship only weeks after being formed, and placed third in the D2CL Season 5 LAN finals.
Burden United had participated in the TI5 Europe qualifiers but were eliminated in the group phase, after placing last in their group, with no wins.
