WESG Africa & Middle East LAN-Final begins

The WESG Africa & Middle East LAN-Final begins today! Eight teams from the Middle East and Africa are battling it out for a piece of the $250,000 prize pool (across all games) and one of three spots in the main event to be held in China. Familiar faces include, Neqroman, MDL, Klasynky, Hook- and MagE-.

The WESG Africa & Middle East LAN-Finals have begun today in Dubai, UAE with eight regional teams competing between August 26-28th for portion of the $250,000 prize pool (approximately $75,000 for Dota 2) and one of three coveted spots to travel to China for the main event.

• The eight teams have been broken up into two groups of four
• Round Robin format
• Best 2 of each group advance to Playoffs
• Playoffs are best-of-three
• Top three advance to main event
