GameOn Invitational pronounce ATN champions of their inaugural Dota 2 event. ATN bested the Greek squad, Ad Finem, 2:1 in the grand finals. Both teams were directly invited to participate in the eight team invitational featuring a $2,000 prize pool. This is ATN’s first title since June 2015, when they won a local Polish tournament.
ItsGameOn announced their first GameOn Invitational online tournament for Dota 2. The event featured a $2,000 prize pool and included eight invited teams. The tournament was held as a best-of-three single elimination bracket, beginning on February 8th.
In a back and forth series that took a third deciding game, ATN were able to take the last match and the series from Ad Finem. Ad Finem had been the favorites after their recent victory in ProDota Cup 2 and strong performances as of late.
ATN advanced through to the grand finals undefeated, taking down both Burden United and Power Rangers.
Ad Finem swept through YeS and bested Danish Bears 2:1 before advancing to the grand finals.

Team Alternate is German eSports organization which debuted in Dota 2 in March, 2015. The organization picked up the Polish squad formerly known as Let’s Do It.
Since then, the team has had a noticeable presence in European minor tournaments and open qualifiers.
They have been able to place second in the Gigabyte Challenge #15 and StarLadder Pro Series Season 12. They took the championship title in the Polish Dota 2 Champsionships and most notably, a fourth place finish in the Defense Season 5.
