ViCi Gaming Potential now Reborn

ViCi Gaming Potential just got makeover. Being re-branded as Reborn, the team has also taken on new roster including adding Xu “fy” Linsen and Liang “DDC” Faming to the mix. The team will also welcome newcomer Wang “NoNo” Xin, while Yang “Zyf” Pu will move from the substitute role and Zhou “Yang” Haiyang will retain his position. The squad will be coached by Tong “mikasa” Junjie.

As being seen in the big Chinese reshuffle, many of the teams are mixing it up with newcomers and completely new rosters. ViCi Gaming Potential is making big changes – being re-branded as ViCi Gaming Reborn – and revamping their roster.

Famed players Xu “fy” Linsen from ViCi Gaming and Liang “DDC” Faming from LGD Gaming will join together to form the new support duo in the lineup. Both players have long successful histories and had been with their previous teams for most of their careers.

fy started his career in 2012 with ViCi Gaming and had been a stable part of the team since. He participated in TI4 and TI5 with the organization.

DDC participated in TI2, TI3 and TI4, taking third place at The International 2, then eleventh and then fifth place with LGD. Following TI4, Liang went to LV Gaming playing along with Yang/Zyf for a few months before joining EHOME in January 2015 for TI5. He returned to LGD immediately following TI5.

Yang “Zyf” Pu will move from a previous role of substitute to join already existing member Zhou “Yang” Haiyang.

Rounding up the roster will be newcomer Wang “NoNo” Xin. NoNo recently played for CDEC.Avenger as the mid laner.

Tong “mikasa” Junjie will be taking on the coaching role, coming from LGD recently.

ViCi Gaming Potential – Reborn

In March 2015 ViCi Gaming announced the addition of a new youth squad called ViCi Gaming Potential. The team participated in several major and premier events such as VPGame Pro League, ECL 2015 Dota 2 Spring, i-league Season 3, G-League 2015 and ECL 2015 Dota 2 Autumn but were never really able to make any solid achievements or success. They also participated in minor events, with a few third place finishes and some regional qualifiers.

Through the last year the team has been low profile and playing under the radar. The new rebranding and roster will look to change things for the upcoming Manila Major and TI6 season.
