TnC new roster revealed – Teehee rejoins Sam_H and Kuku

John Linuel “Teehee” Abanto, Mark “Cast” Pilar, Ryo “ryOyr” Hasegawa and Carlo “Kuku” Palad have joined Sam “Sam_H” Enojosa Hidalgo as the TNC new roster for the upcoming Fall Major 2016. TnC had a remarkable run at TI6, finishing in the top 8 after knocking favorites – OG, out of contention.

The TnC new roster announcement reveals a talented and promising lineup for the Filipino sweethearts.

TnC had astonishing journey through the TI6 brackets, from open qualifiers to top 8 in a thrilling fashion, TnC had won over the hearts of fans around the world. They sent VG.Reborn home early on the first day and eliminated two-time Major winners, OG.

The TnC TI6 journey ended at the hands of Digital Chaos in the Lower Bracket round 3. The Filipino sensation finished with a 7th-8th placement and a pay-check of over $500,000 – but also with their pride and the pride of their nation.

Unfortunately, TnC still fell victim to the post TI shuffles. To the dismay of many fans, the team had disbanded completely.

Sam “Sam_H” Enojosa Hidalgo and Carlo “Kuku” Palad are the only two members of the new lineup that had participated in TI6, as part of the beloved squad to make Filipino history.

John Linuel “Teehee” Abanto will be rejoining the team he parted ways with just before TI6 earlier in June when Jimmy “DeMoN” Ho joined the squad. At that time it was reported that primary reason for his departure was due to “sudden differences in goals and objectives in the team”.

We would like to welcome Linuel ‘Teehee’ Abanto back to our family. Teehee spent time to hone his individual skills during his absence in the competitive Dota 2 scene. But now his back once again to bring glory to our country and for the team.

At the beginning of August, Teehee had joined Rave to play alongside current team member Ryo “ryOyr” Hasegawa. ryOyr rejoined Rave in February 2015 after a year of instability and stints with MSI-EvoGT and Mineski.

Mark “Cast” Pilar had most recently departed Mineski. Only a few months ago he had been “benched” and moved into the substitute role with a variety of changes to the squad in July.

Ever since the early days of Dota 1, these two have been in the scene. Mark ‘Cast’ Pilar and Ryo ‘ryOyr’ Hasegawa will be joining our team for this upcoming Dota 2 season. Cast, a known veteran in the PH Dota scene, and ryOyr, both heroes to the Filipino Dota 2 community. May their veteran status be a great addition to our family. And finally, we would like to welcome Linuel ‘Teehee’ Abanto back to our family. Teehee spent time to hone his individual skills during his absence in the competitive Dota 2 scene. But now his back once again to bring glory to our country and for the team.
