Team Empire have revealed their lineup for the upcoming Dota Pit season 4 LAN finals. Gleb “Funn1k” Lipatnikov is not included in the list, while Maxim “yoky-” Kim and Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk have been added to the participating lineup. The organization has denied the rumors that Funn1k is no longer part of the team, stating that the Ukrainian player will only be missing the event.
@Tarmanydyn Funn1k still in Empire, but will miss Pit. Fn, yoky, ghostik – standins. Roster will be adjusted after the LAN

Team Empire have revealed their lineup confirmed to participate in the upcoming Dota Pit season 4 LAN finals, scheduled to take place in Split, Croatia, between March 19-20.
To fill the space left by the departure of Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich, the organization has added Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk – most recently of T.RoX.
In addition, Gleb “Funn1k” Lipatnikov has not been included in the confirmed participating roster, being replaced by ex-team member Maxim “yoky-” Kim.
The organization has denied that Funn1k has parted ways with the team.
Nevertheless, Funn1k remains a part of the Empire, and the final composition of the team will be known after the completion of the championship.
Rumors have already been placing Yoky- back with the team since XBOCT’s separation.
Team Empire qualified for the Dota Pit season 4 LAN finals when they took the top place in their group, edging out T.RoX.
Back in July 2015, Dota Pit Season 4 announced that their tournament’s LAN Finals would be held in Split, Croatia, at the Spaladium Arena between March 19 – 20, 2016.
Eight teams will be battling it out for their piece of the $100,000 prize pool.
Team Empire roster changes
Team Empire’s lineup was given new life just in time for the Winter Major roster lock. Former teammates and Na’Vi players, Gleb “Funn1k” Lipatnikov and Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich joined the squad in due time to compete in the Game Show Global eSports Cup playoffs in Lithuania and finals in Moscow.
The team managed to seize the championship title, their first in seven months and had some promising results.
Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok then parted ways with Team Empire to play with the North American team, Digital Chaos. This surprising and unprecedented move of a CIS player to a North American team has put the Dota 2 community in disarray and left Team Empire with another gaping hole to fill.
On March 2nd, the Russian team parted ways with Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich after only three months. XBOCT has initially joined the struggling team as a stand-in for the Game Show Global eSports Cup.
Three days later, Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk joined the squad.
Team Empire current roster:
Gleb “Funn1k” Lipatnikov
Ilya “ALOHADANCE” Korobkin
Alexander “NoFear” Churochkin
Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk
