13:10 CET: Frankfurt Major standings; main event upper brackets Team Secret vs Mineski
In the first game, it was Mineski that drew first blood to get things going. The Philippine team started out executing their strategy and fights flawlessly, but started to lose their lead as team fights began to favor Team Secret with Jacky “Eternal Envy” Mao on Ember Spirit. Once EE got his BKB, the European team started to overpower the Philippine team. Great ward placements from Johan “pieliedie” Åström were a big advantage for the team and they were able to take the first game in the series out from under Mineski.

The second game Mineski seemed like they were tilting, unable to recover mentally from the first game, as they played more sloppy than normal and gave away many kills. Their Anti-Mage didn’t seem to be doing much against Team Secret. Eternal Envy once again had a great game, this time playing Queen of Pain as carry and Aliwi “w33” Omar had a flawless game on Shadow Fiend. Team Secret easily took the second victory.
