Fantastic Five convincingly wiped out E-Lab 2:0, in the finals of TI6 EU Open Qualifiers 2.
The newly reformed team was eliminated early in the first round of TI6 EU Open Qualifiers. The team had problems with a player connecting and were forced to play 4 vs 5, dropping to a mixed stack called TWA in round of 128.
The CIS team came back for the TI6 EU Open Qualifiers 2 with a vengeance and cruised through the brutal best-of-one series, taking out Polarity in the process. They then bested Elements One 2:1 and wiped through E-Lab by the end.
Fantastic Five grabbed the second TI6 EU Regional Qualifiers spot. The team was forced to register for the open qualifiers when they became ineligible for a direct invite into the Regional Qualifiers for Europe, due to roster changes made outside the transfer window.
In May, the team was down to only two members and had recruited their last two positions -Ilya “Illidan” Pivcaev and Pavel “9pashaebashu” Khvastunov only shortly before the qualifiers.
F5 will go up against Alliance, Power Rangers, Team Empire, Ad Finem, Vega Squadron, Flipsid3 Tactics, Virtus.Pro, Escape Gaming (formerly No Diggity) and Team Secret. The qualifiers are scheduled to take place between June 25th-28th.

Fantastic Five
Fantastic Five was originally spotted in early September, in the registration list for the Frankfurt Major. At the time, it consisted of Stanislav “BzzIsPerfect” Glushan, Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk, and Vladimir “yol” Basov, plus two other players.
The team had some roster instability in October and again in December but that didn’t stop Tornado RoX from picking up the squad. However, the team continued in the next two months with less than desirable results and roster instability, losing Sedoy, Ghostik and ArsZeeqq within one month.
Ghostik returned to the team when the squad parted ways with RoxKis at the end of March and signed on Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich and Roman “rmN-“ Paley.
Then, in May, the team would suffer a devastating blow. Fantastic Five parted ways with Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich and Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk and was left with only three members.
The separation came following disappointing results in the Manila Major open qualifiers and minimal commendable placements during the Spring Season.
The team has registered for the TI6 open qualifiers with both Ilya “Illidan” Pivcaev and Pavel “9pashaebashu” Khvastunov.
Fantastic Five roster:

Roman “rmN-“ Paley

(868 comments)They are looking good right now… 3-1 in the RQ, very good start. I don’t think anyone expected them to be a contender.
