Yard Festival returns with a $10,000 prize pool, their biggest so far, and a new Reverse Captain’s Draft game mode.
Yard Festival 2015 Format
Sixteen teams will compete for the prize pool in this new format, in which both teams will draft a hero pool for the opponents to play with. To make it even more entertaining and encourage viewer participation, the teams will be chosen by community vote from the pool of players in the featured teams.

Fifteen teams have been invited and one more will have the chance to join this unique tournament through an open qualifier. The qualifier will be held on April 7 and 8, while the main event will take place between April 10-30.

Some fans may remember Yard Festival as “Yard Red Festival” – their charity event designed to support and contribute to the Red Cross Foundation, and “Yard White Festival”, which usually features non professional/lower tier teams, sometimes mixed with professional teams.
