Team Faceless emerged the clear aces bound for Kiev Major after major league performances in the Kiev Major SEA qualifiers. The Singaporean team completely dominated the group stage and the playoffs, becoming the first of two teams that will head to out to the Kiev Major to take place between April 27th – April 30th, joining Wings Gaming, Digital Chaos, Evil Geniuses, Newbee, OG, Team Liquid, Ad Finem and Team VG.J.

Team Faceless have hit the home run, grand slam finale in the Kiev Major SEA qualifiers.
The team is the first to secure themselves a spot in the Kiev Major.
After an impressive run in the group stage. They had a perfectly flawless first day and ended tied in the first position with a 7:2 score.
In the playoff stage, Team Faceless seized their first victory after a thrilling and intense 70 minute battle for the ancients against TnC Pro. Ultimately taking the series 2:1, they proceeded to the upper bracket finals to lock horns with Mineksi. Although they dropped the first match, they rebounded back with vigor and on the back of stand out performances by Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong in the following two matches the team claimed the series, a spot in the grand finals and a place in the Kiev Major main event.
One more team – Clutch Gamers, TnC or Minski will have the opportunity to join their SEA brethren.
Team Faceless
Daryl “iceiceice” Koh, Dominik “Black^” Reitmeier, Wong “NutZ” Jeng Yih, Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong and Toh “Xy-” Wai Hong joined forces to compete in SEA as Team Faceless.
Four of the players have had participation at The Internationals – iceiceice attended The International 2011 with Scythe Gaming, taking third place, sixth place at TI3, fourth at TI4 and TI5; Black^ competed at TI2 and TI3; NutZ in TI5 and Xy TI1, TI2, TI3.
The mix of players made their debut shortly after forming in September in the ROG Masters qualifiers. They took 5-8th place in the event after dropping to Mineski in the quarter finals.
The team has since reigned supreme in the SEA region – taking their first championship title for PDCup SEA, 7-8th place in Summit 6, 9 – 16th in the Boston Major, 3rd Dota Pit Season 5 LAN and most recently first in Mr. Cat Invitational Season 2.

Kiev Major
The Kiev Major is scheduled to take place between April 27-30th at the National Palace of Arts, in Kiev, Ukraine. National Palace of Arts is one of the main theater venues in Kiev, Ukraine. It was opened in 1970 with a seating capacity of almost 4,000 in the main concert hall – approximately the same size as Wang Theater where the Boston Major was held this last fall.
In the past, StarLadder i-League StarSeries Season 2 hosted CS:GO at the event successfully.
The event will be hosted by PGL and will be the last Major ore-TI7.
Kiev Major dates
- The Kiev Major group stage will take place starting April TBA.
