The Fnatic current roster is down two players – missing the registration deadline for the Kiev Major season. Following a disappointing start to 2017 with their 7-8th place finish at ESL One Genting 2017, stand in player Ng “YamateH” Wei Poong has taken his leave while Muhammad Rizky “Inyourdream” Anugrah has returned to Indonesia for family matters. The team will focus on completing their lineup in the near future, but will be required to compete in the open qualifiers for Kiev Major.

The Fnatic current roster has already reported they are down two players already and were unable to register for the Kiev Major in time.
Ng “YamateH” Wei Poong – who was listed originally as a stand in player for ESL One Genting 2017 has parted ways with the team.
Muhammad Rizky “Inyourdream” Anugrah’s tenure with the team was short lived as he now returns to Indonesia to attend to family matters and will not be able to compete.
I had a lot of fun and gained a lot of experience at ESL Genting but unfortunately, I had no choice but to depart from Fnatic due to urgent family matters. I must offer my deepest apologies to my teammates; I sincerely regret that miscommunication from my side has ultimately resulted in some untimely issues for the team. Thank you for all your support and I am hoping that I can make another comeback in the professional scene.

According to the official announcement, Yong-min “Febby” Kim will remain on board with the organization alongside long term players Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung and Chong Xin “Ohaiyo” Khoo – both who have been on the team since June 2015 .
We must now press on again, and though it may seem frustrating, we want to make sure we are securing a team that will be successful long into the future. Mushi, Ohaiyo and Febby are ready for the fight, and we will without doubt secure the final two pieces of our 2017 puzzle soon. Stay tuned for a further announcement once our complete roster has been finalised.
The team was knocked out early from ESL One Genting 2017 – failing to advance through the group stage or secure a single victory against Virtus.Pro or Team NP.
