FDL prevail in Manila Major NA Open Qualifiers

The second round of the Manila Major NA Open Qualifiers has come to an end. FDL landed the last Manila Major NA Regional Qualifiers available spot, after defeating Wonder Wolfs 2:0 in the finals. The Manila Major NA Regional Qualifiers start on May 3, at 19:00 CEST.

Friendship Dedication Love – is the last team to grab a spot in the Manila Major NA Regional Qualifiers. They survived the brutal best-of-one stage and then They then bested Pain Gaming before sweeping through Wonder Wolfs 2:0 for their spot.

FDL (Friendship, Dedication, Love) is a North American DotA 2 team that was formed in 2016 by Alder “Beesa” Beano and other NA players.

FDL will go up against Shazamm, Team Freedom, Animal Kingdom, Not Today, Digital Chaos, Enemy, Infamous, EvernovaS and Dragneel, in the Manila Major NA Regional Qualifiers, scheduled to take place between May 3rd-6th.

Manila Major Regional Qualifiers

The teams have been split into two Best of 2 Round Robin groups of five teams. The top two teams from each group will advance to a Best of 3 double elimination bracket, with the round robin first place teams facing the second place from the other group. Grand Final is Best of 5

The winner of each region will be invited to The Manila Major.

The Manila Major will be held between June 7-12, at the Mall of Asia Arena, in Manila, Philippines, with a set prize-pool of $3,000,000. Sixteen teams will compete in the main event hosted by PGL and Valve.
