Kuro “KuroKy” Salehi Takhasomi’s new mix, 5Jungz, walked away with their first victory. 5Jungz defeated Golden Boys, 2:0, in the Alienware Summer’s End Cup Grand Finals, leaving viewers with a positive impression for the future of the squad.

The eight invited teams – Empire, 5Jungz, 4CL, Ninjas in Pyjamas, Vega Squadron, Alliance, Arcade.PowerRangers, and Golden Boys – competed for the $10,000 prize pool over the course of two days.
5Jungz bested Vega, 2:1, in the first round and swept through 4CL, 2:0, in the second round before advancing to the Alienware Summer’s End Cup grand finals.
Golden Boys upset Team Empire, eliminating the CIS team in the first round, 2:0, and then bested the reigning champions, Ninjas in Pyjamas, 2:1, before moving to the Alienware Summer’s End Cup grand finals to face 5Jungz.
