The WellPlay Invitational monthly tournament will debut on March 22nd, with a $3,000 prize-pool. Seven invited teams and one qualified team will compete in the first installation presented by Hitbox. Well Play Invitational is a new monthly tournament series presented by Hitbox. The first event for this series will feature a $3,000 prize-pool with the hopes to increase the funds in the near future.
The qualifiers will start on March 22nd with four invited teams. One team will advance to the main event scheduled to begin on March 25th.
The focus will be on providing a platform for rising European and CIS teams.
The SFZ new lineup led by Roman “Ramzes” Kushnarev and Vasily “AfterLife” Shishkin will continue on their path to carving a niche for themselves in the scene, as they will participate in the qualifier. The newly formed team had demonstrated a strong presence when they advanced to the semifinals in the EPICENTER Moscow qualifiers and have already been invited to ProDota Cup 4 as well.

The total prize-pool for the event is $3,000.

Hitbox Elite Cup
The same organizers presented Hitbox Elite Cup – a double elimination tournament for eight up-and-coming European teams with a $2,500 prize-pool – that took place between the end of December 2015 and January 2016.
YeS took the first place prize when they bested ProDota Gaming in the Grand Finals, 3:1.
