Amidst the height of the TI6 Group Stage, Virtus.Pro final roster was revealed during a second announcement within a five day span. Instead of both legendary players Sergei “G” Bragin and Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich, Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev from Team Empire and Pavel “9pasha” Hvastunov from Fantastic 5 will be stepping in. The shift in the squad will result in role changes and leaving both of their CIS rival teams down a player each.

For the second time this week, Virtus.Pro announced a new roster.
The first announcement came on July 31st to include a revamped preliminary roster assembled for the next season. The lineup featured notable and famous CIS players being led by Vega Squadron’s Alexey “Solo” Berezin. Ilya “Lil” Ilyuk, Sergei “G” Bragin, Alexander “XBOCT” Dashkevich and Vladimir “No[O]ne” Minenko were expected to join the mix.
Although Virtus.Pro CEO Anton “sneg1” Cherepennikova did warn that the formation could change at anytime and contracts had not yet been signed – not many could say they expected those changes to arrive five days later.
According to a statement by sneg1, both veteran and famed CIS stars XBOCT and G did not make the final cut. Roman “Ramzes666” Kushnarev, the young star of Team Empire and Pavel “9pasha” Hvastunov – who had just joined Fantastic Five are slated to be members of the confirmed final roster.
The arrival of both players puts Team Empire and Fantastic Five with four members. According to Fantastic Five, the organization was not prepared for the departure of 9pasha.
We found out about @9pashka's transfer to VP few minutes before official announce.

With their addition, role changes will also take place. No[o]ne will move to the mid lane, Ramzes666 will take on the carry role and 9pasha will play offlane.
The new squad is expected to make their debut during the month during an unspecified tournament.
