TnC brings on board Carlo “Kuku” Palad to fill in the shoes of Gio “WinterGSmallSon” de Ocampo who is now inactive due to health reasons. Kuku will fill the support role while WGSS is out on an indefinite leave, moving into the substitute role on the roster. As Kuku is not registered with any team officially, TnC could potentially be required to participate in the SEA open qualifiers for both Manila Major and TI6 depending on WGSS’s return to competition.
Kuku will fill in the spot for WinterGSmallSon. WGSS got health issue. Get well soon son! #TNCProTeam

TnC announced that Carlo “Kuku” Palad has been recruited to fill the support position in place of Gio “WinterGSmallSon” de Ocampo who is out with health issues.
Kuku had previously played primarily core positions and for Mineski last year, playing with the team in both The Summit 4 and The Frankfurt Major. He was replaced in the recent Manila Major/TI6 reshuffle when the Filipino team welcomed Benhur “Ben” Lawis and Jun “Bok” Kanehara to the mix and Ryan “Bimbo” Jay Qui moved to the carry position.
This is a golden opportunity for our team to become stronger. Kuku is one of the best talents our country has and he is more than welcome in our organization.
– Eric Redulfin, TheNet.Com’s General Manager
Gio “WinterGSmallSon” de Ocampo is only 15 years old and claimed his very first MGPL championship only three days after TNC Pro Team picked him up earlier this year. His spectacular performances have given him the nod of approval by many fans and personalities across the world.
TNC's WinterGSmallSon should be on everybody's list of young players to watch in the #Dota2 scene. Nice intro piece:https://t.co/GuTeSe29mf

The change of status in the team’s lineup could force TnC to participate in the open qualifiers for both the Manila Major and The International 6 if WinterGSmallSon doesn’t return to the team in time for training or to participate. Claurice “Klo” Mendoza Sta.Ana is listed as the official substitute for the team.
TnC
TnC Gaming, a Dota 2 team from the Philippines, was founded in 2013. On February 2, 2015 TnC announced that their new team was participating in its first major tournament.
The team won first place in Corsair Gaming Arena 2 and 3 and qualified for the MPGL Season 7 LAN finals, where they were eliminated by G-Guard in the Lower Bracket Round 2.
BTS Series 3 SEA came to a spectacular finish at the end of February in an epic decisive fifth game when TnC triumphed over MVP.Phoenix in the last moments.
They were unable to surmount Fnatic’s fearsome winning streak and performances in BTS Series 4 SEA as they fell to the Malaysian squad in the grand finals 3:0.
