The victory grants the Peruvians the second LAN spot for the event taking place in Los Angeles, between May 13-17. This is the second time NoT attends the Summit LAN finals, albeit with different rosters.
April 3rd, 20150Visa and immigration issues continue to plague the Dota 2 scene. Rave Dota has withdrawn from the MLG Columbus tournament due to insufficient amount of time to obtain the required visas. Ironically, the team had previously withdrawn from StarLadder StarSeries XII, so that they could have enough time to obtain the visas for MLG.
March 31st, 20150Team Empire player Maxim "Yoky" Kim has had his visa to the United States denied for the second time. With the MLG LAN finals coming up between April 10-12, in Columbus, Ohio, the team turns to former Na'Vi player Gleb "Funn1k" Lipatnikov to stand in.
March 26th, 20150Major League Gaming have renewed their partnership with ESPN for the X games, this time bringing Dota 2 along with them. Top teams will be invited to compete for the X games medals during the three-day finals in Austin, Texas, from June 4-7, 2015. This is the first time Dota 2 has been invited to the festival.
