E-Home 2 : 0 CDEC
Game 1
The game was interesting right from the beginning. Rotations by the supporters and offlaners on both sides put a lot of pressure on the map. Getting first blood kill on CDEC’s Shadow Fiend mid lane gave E-Home the start they needed on the Storm Spirit. After that, E-Home’s Lycan was able to sneak a Roshan and also took the mid tower and stole the ancient stacks from CDEC, which was game breaking, as CDEC then lost safe farm potential. Except for SF and Juggernaut, the other three heroes were very underfarmed. E-Home were clearly set on getting objectives and took a second Roshan. With Storm Spirit having the Aegis and 14 bloodstone charges, CDEC were helpless to kill him even once, let alone twice. At minute 22, CDEC lost mid barracks. A smoke gank from CDEC failed and E-Home was set on ending the game. A few barracks and kills later, the game ended with “Cty” Chen Tianyu’s “Godlike” streak with score of 9-0-5 on Storm Spirit.
Game 2
The second game started really fast with mind games coming out from CDEC. Their Furion used his teleportation to block two of E-Home’s camps, but E-Home instantly de-warded them and were able to make the entire effort useless. First blood was scored on E-Home. E-Home supports were chasing Furion and even though they brought him down, they gave Leshrac an unnecessary double kill, including the death of Queen of Pain. At minute 11, a ward from Lion gave E-Home the vision they needed to complete a successful rotation, bringing down both Leshrac and Juggernaut, as they were struggling in the early game after the kills they fed to both of those core heroes. CDEC attempted to sneak a Roshan, but an amazing play by “rOtK” Bai Fan’s Dark Seerer and CTY‘s Queen of Pain team wiped them easily. From there on, the game started to fall apart for CDEC. At minute 32, rOtk and CTY team wiped CDEC and the game was called.
E-Home took both games, advancing to the Grand Finals and sending CDEC to the Lower Brackets.

Energy Pacemakers 2 : 1 Wings Gaming
Game 1
“InJuly” Yang Xiaodong’s TideHunter on Wings fed first blood before the game even started, as he walked up the highground spots thinking he was safe. Wings went with a Shadow Fiend pick, even though it had a low win rate in the qualifiers. SF was able to dominate Dragon Knight with the help of Chen’s creeps and tornado. At minute 8, EP was leading in kills 5:2 but that did not matter much since most of those kills were on the offlane TideHunter. As soon as Tide hit level 6 and SF got mekanism, Wings five-man wiped EP, securing themselves a tower but then ended up in a terrible fight where four of their heroes died. Both teams slowed down their pace and kept farming.
At minute 21, a fight took place on the bottom lane, with Wings trying to take tier 2 bottom tower. They forced out BKBs from EP and then just backed and took the same chance on the mid tower. Despite Wings having the Aegis, they didn’t take the risk to go to highground and instead continued to farm as much as possible. At minute 35, EP gave Wings another free Roshan. At minute 41, Wings were slowly chipping away at EP’s base and managed to take down the tier 4 mid tower and the range barracks. At minute 46, a chaotic Roshan fight got multiple heroes killed on EP’s side and still gave the Roshan to Wings with cheese and Aegis which did not last longer than 30 seconds. At minute 54, after multiple attempts, Wings got the mid barracks. Another Roshan fight at minute 57 resulted in a team wipe on EP. Wings took the first game.
Game 2
Wings’ Tiny managed to throw EP’s Jakiro on the cliff, but Abbadon had a TP which he gave to Jakiro, so Wings were not able to completely destroy his game. First blood was drawn by Wings on Jakiro, after Undying went to heal. Nothing really worth mentioning coming out from Wings, as they lost every lane because of EP’s heroes. EP started to take towers one by one. By 11 minutes into the game, EP had taken four towers from Wings.
Even though Wings started to pick off EP for five minutes straight, as soon as EP grouped up, Wings had no chance of winning the fights. Wings were keeping Tiny and Io in base instead of trying to trade towers, so EP were able to successfully finish all of their objectives with ease. As soon as the Tiny-Io combo started to put pressure on them, EP started to struggle but it was a bit too late as they already had everything they needed to finish the game. By minute 26, EP had both barracks down. The only thing that delayed the end of the game was InJuly’s amazing plays on Batrider. Minute 34 produced mega creeps. Energy Pacemakers evened out the game and forced a deciding third game.
Game 3
The third game of the series started with Wings Gaming‘s Rubick denying himself to the Roshan. First blood went to Energy Pacemakers’ Darkseer on the top lane. The game was slow paced until about minute 11 when EarthShaker took a rune of invisibility. He was greedy and tried to kill both Queen of Pain and Slark, but both ended up surviving. At minute 16, Energy Pacemakers took Roshan and headed straight for the mid towers. A four man wipe on Wings made them lose the barracks at minute 18. We witnessed some amazing fissures from Energy Pacemakers, as they always made sure not to give the fissure to Rubick. At minute 21, Energy Pacemakers headed to Wings’ bottom lane and successfully took the tier 4 tower. An amazing play by Earthshaker of a four man echoslam at minute 24 was a devastating blow for Wings. The game was called at minute 26 and Wings were eliminated from the playoffs.
