Fantastic Five roster parted ways with sponsor organization- RoxKis. Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk returned to the team after leaving earlier in March and playing with Team Empire.
The squad then picked up “XBOCT” Dashkevich and Roman “rmN-“ Paley to fill the gap left by Arsenij “ArsZeeqq” Usov who left for ProDota Gaming at the end of February and Maxim “TpoH” Vernikov who was with the team until now. There have been no reports on TpoH’s future or status yet.
XBOCT was most recently playing with Team Empire until they separated on March 2nd after only three months.
rmN- had been playing with Power Rangers until mid February when he was replaced when Turtoi “Ar1se” Ionut and Grigorie “keyaNo” Andrei were added to the team.
RoxKis had picked up Fantastic Five early January after 18 months without a Dota 2 roster.
Fantastic Five
Fantastic Five was originally spotted in early September, in the registration list for the upcoming Frankfurt Major. At the time, it consisted of Stanislav “BzzIsPerfect” Glushan, Andrey “Ghostik” Kadyk, and Vladimir “yol” Basov, plus two other players.
Roman “Scandal” Sadotenkov and Rinat “KingR” Abdullin were the other two original members but were eventually replaced with current members Vadim “Sedoy” Musorin, in October, and Arsenij “ArsZeeqq” Usov in December.
The team had a strong presence in minor online tournaments, taking the title in MSI Dragon Battle #9 and third place in the ProDotA Cup Europe. They participated in PGL Dota 2 Pro-AM and Dota 2 Champions League Season 6.
At the end of December the team grabbed the championship title for the BTS Series EU #1.
