PRIES made the announcement via Facebook and Twitter.
The new PRIES roster comes on the heels of the previous roster’s departure, only several weeks ago. There was no official word on the reason for separation. The previous team had most recently placed third in the BTS Series 2 EU and 9th-12th in the ProDota Cup 3.
The new PRIES lineup is comprised of relatively newer and less known players. PRIES now includes Bulgarian mid-player Ivailo “Mastermind” Petkov who joined the team at the end of January, as well as a Danish brother combo: Kenney “KyH” Hoang and Jimmy “supercell” Hoang.
The team will be managed by the co-founder of Balkan Bears, Alexandru “Sasha” Sîrbu, who told Dotablast:
I am very excited to be helping these guys in the near future. I am happy that Pries gave them a chance and I am confident they will not disappoint. They are fresh but boiling blood, not to underestimate!
PRIES will be looking to compete in various upcoming tournaments in the new Spring Season with their sights set on the Manila Major and TI6.
